Issue Resolution Policy
Sportlots will adapt an issue resolution policy very similar to Paypal's. If items are reported as "Not Received", Sportlots will require the seller
to provide delivery confirmation; otherwise the order will be systematically refunded. The big difference between Paypal's policy and Sportlots is
that Sportlots will be more aggressive to get issues resolved quicker, requiring both the buyers and sellers to respond faster. This will
reduce the length of time an order issue is pending for resolution.
For items received by "Not Significantly as described", Sportlots will provide the buyer and seller contact information in order for both the buyer and
seller to work out a solution on their own. If the two sides can not come to an agreement, Sportlots will require the seller to provide a full refund
(including the portion of the shipping costs) after the buyer returns the item(s) at their cost.

Reduction in Order cycle times
Sportlots will now reduce the cycle times that buyers and sellers have to process orders.
Sellers are still expected to fill orders within 5 days, however Sportlots will now remove sellers who let orders that have been paid for go unfilled
for more than 10 days. This is a reduction in 5 days from the old policy. Because there can always be unforeseen circumstances, Sportlots will allow
sellers to appeal based on their particular situation.
Buyers are now expected to pay for orders 21 days after the order has been placed. Sportlots reserves the right to remove buyers from the site who
show a continued failure to pay for orders placed.
