Make An Offer
Sportlots customers will now have the ability to make an offer for cards they are interested in (fixed priced stores format only). This only applies
to cards with values over $2.50 and sellers will have the ability to turn this feature off if they don't want to entertain offers.
To make an offer, find the card you are interested in and click on the "details" link provided after after expanding to view all the sellers for
that card. If the card qualifies, you will be able to enter an offer for the card. Sellers will have 1-2 days to accept/decline the offer. When the
seller responds, you will receive an email notifying you of their decision. If the seller accepts your offer, you will have anywhere from 1-3 days to
check the card out and create an order.
If the seller fails to respond to your offer within the 1-2 day timeframe, the offer will be removed.
You must be a registered user of Sportlots (and signed in) in order to make an offer on a card.
Request a Picture:
For more expensive cards, sellers realize that it's important to have pictures added to their items. Pictures allow our
customers to make more informed decisions when making purchases. However, our sellers have thousands of cards entered. To ask them to scan in all
of these cards at once would be an overwhelming task. This is why we have now provided a link to request a picture. By requesting a picture, this
lets the seller know that there is a specific interest in this card. Our sellers can then target these cards as higher priority and work at
getting these pictures loaded first. Clicking on this link will send an email to the seller letting them know a picture request has been made.
Requests will only be made available for cards with prices over $5.00.
To request a picture, go to the same new "details" screen as described above.
