Sportlots is planning to introduce several important enhancements to our shipping requirements and order issue resolution procedures beginning November 3, 2026.
These changes are designed to improve the overall buying and selling experience while providing greater clarity, accountability, and protection for both buyers and sellers.
Updated requirements for Budget and Premium Shipping will help establish clearer expectations for how orders are shipped and documented.
New shipping documentation requirements will help reduce uncertainty when orders are reported as not received, providing greater clarity for both buyers and sellers.
A new Sportlots Review process for Not Described issues will allow buyers to provide supporting evidence and help Sportlots make fair, informed decisions when resolving disputes between buyers and sellers.
The Sportlots User's Guides will be updated to reflect the new shipping requirements and order issue resolution procedures when the changes take effect on November 3, 2026.
