Sportlots may automatically move items between the Shopping Cart and Save for Later sections based on seller availability, vacation status, or system rules.

Credits in a Sportlots account may result from refunds, deposits, promotions, or other platform activity. Credits are applied automatically to eligible orders, have no cash value unless explicitly withdrawn through approved processes, and are subject to applicable policies and limitations.
For fixed-price store orders that do not meet minimum order value requirements, Sportlots may apply a Min Value Fee at checkout. The Min Value Fee (including eligibility thresholds and fee amounts) will be clearly displayed before an order is submitted and is described in the applicable User’s Guide or policy pages.

Sportlots makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of seller report card information. The report card does not guarantee successful completion of any transaction and does not constitute a representation, warranty, or endorsement of any seller.

Sportlots reserves the right to make final determinations regarding dispute outcomes and resolutions.

All Sportlots software, systems, trademarks, and platform content are owned by Sportlots LLC or its licensors.
Users retain ownership of content they submit to Sportlots. By submitting content, users grant Sportlots a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, store, modify, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Sportlots marketplace.
This license includes the right for Sportlots to share user-submitted content with trusted third-party partners as part of integrations or strategic partnerships that support, enhance, or expand the Sportlots marketplace, provided such use is consistent with the nature of the content and does not involve transfer of ownership.
Nothing in this Agreement obligates Sportlots to provide users with copies, exports, or machine-readable versions of content or account data, except as required by applicable law or expressly provided through the platform.
Sportlots is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sportlots disclaims liability for user actions, indirect damages, or losses arising from platform use. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
